Aimia Declares Dividends
10, 2017 /CNW Telbec/ - Aimia (TSX: AIM) announced today that the Board
of Directors has declared a quarterly dividend of $0.20 per common
share, payable on June 30, 2017 to shareholders of record at the close
of business on June 16, 2017.
The Board has
also declared a quarterly dividend in the amount of $0.28125 per
Cumulative Rate Reset Preferred Share, Series 1, a quarterly dividend
in the amount of $0.263651 per Cumulative Rate Reset Preferred Share,
Series 2, and a quarterly dividend of $0.390625 per Cumulative Rate
Reset Preferred Share, Series 3, in each case payable on June 30, 2017
to the holders of record at the close of business on June 16, 2017.

are "eligible dividends" for Canadian income tax purposes.
