AG is a Germany-based company that invests in companies and real estate
in Lithuania, Latvia and Estonia. The Company aims to take advantage of
the economic growth in these Baltic regions since the restoration of
independence from Russia in 1991 and their admission to the European
in 2004. Its investment strategy is based on the country fund model.
Company invests primarily in companies in the region, and is also
in the management and realization of real estate assets. As of December
31, 2009, the Company's investment portfolio included shareholdings in
such companies as TEO AB, Gazprom JSC ADR, Lukoil JSC ADR, Tallink
AS and Estonian Telecom AS.
