Energy Ltd (Alligator) is a uranium exploration company with drill
uranium targets on granted tenements in Australia’s uranium province,
ARUP. Alligator tenements are located 50 kilometers to the east of the
Ranger and Jabiluka deposits and 275 kilometers to the east of Darwin.
Alligator has also made 11 exploration license applications in the ARUP
through Northern Prospector. Tin Camp Creek Project includes the Tin
Creek Tenements, which includes substitute exploration license 24921
24921); substitute exploration license 24922 (SEL 24922), and
license 25002 (EL 25002). As on October 31, 2010, the Company had 100%
interests in Asia Pacific Gold Corporation Pty Ltd and Chillagoe
Pty Ltd, and beneficial interests in Queensland EPM 13841 and New South
Wales EL 7561. On August 17, 2010, the Company acquired Northern
ELAs. On October 14, 2010, Alligator’s wholly owned subsidiary, Cameco
acquired TCC Project.
