Apollo Consolidated Limited is engaged in mineral exploration in Western Australia. During the fiscal year ended June 30, 2012, the Company commenced gold exploration work on several fronts, with drilling activities on its West Australian gold project at Rebecca, and completion of first-pass geochemical surveys at its Burkina Faso projects. A of June 30, 2012, the Company has accumulated a 250 square kilometers tenement position in the southern Laverton Tectonic Zone (LTZ) at the Rebecca Gold Project. A total of 54 holes for 1,461meters were completed in the Duke prospect. The Company holds exploration and mining rights to exploration permit applications in the West African nation of Cote d’Ivoire. Korhogo is an early-stage project situated at the regional intersection of two strongly-endowed greenstone belts and their structural corridors. On March 31, 2012, the Company acquired Aspire Minerals Pty Ltd and Aspire Minerals CI SARL. On April 4, 2012, the Company acquired Calabash Sarl.
